- Seizures

- Multiple Sclerosis
- Inflammatory Bowel Disease
- Tourette Syndrome
- Intractable Migraines
- Hepatitis C
- Crohn’s Disease
- Any Terminal Illness
Many more pre-existing conditions may qualify for the use of medical cannabis. Doctors are allowed their professional judgment to recommend medical marijuana cards for treatment of medical conditions.
Apply for a Medical Marijuana Card
Once a recommendation is made by a medical professional, a patient may begin their application process for a medical marijuana card. Note: Any physician certification you receive must be no more than 30 days old at the time of applying for a MedCard.
The application process will include:

- Email Address
- Nonrefundable $25 application fee
