Tests & Refills
To determine your specific health care problem, your physician or nurse practitioner may order a variety of diagnostic tests. Routine laboratory tests may be performed in our office Monday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; or Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. In some cases, your provider may order more complex tests to evaluate your problem. Cass Regional Medical Center, other area hospitals, and free-standing diagnostic centers often perform these tests and bill separately for these services.
Test results are sent to your provider, who usually will discuss this information and a treatment plan with you for a follow-up office visit. It is our goal to notify you of test results within three business days of test completion. Occasional tests may take slightly longer. If you have not been contacted within three days, please call our office for results.
Your provider may inform you they will be setting up specialized testing or may refer you to a specialist for further evaluation. Again, our goal is to contact you with any appointments within three business days. Please call us if you have not been contacted.
Please call your pharmacy with requests for refills. If you contact the office for a refill, you may be re-directed to call your pharmacy. Please allow 24 hours for all refill requests to be processed.
