Answering the phone, checking in patients, verifying and updating patient information, scheduling and cancelling patient appointments, routing phone calls, collecting account copays and outstanding account balances, balancing collected payments, and filing/scanning/copying documents and/or forms.
Knowledge & Skills:
Ability to Multi Task and Prioritize, Computer Systems, Grammar/Spelling, Organizational and Verbal Communication skills required, Excellent phone etiquette and customer service.
Starting pay: $12hr
25-30 hours a week
